Education & Professional Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or IT Administration.
- Proven experience in office administration and IT support.
- Knowledge of construction project documentation and reporting is an advantage.
Key Experience & Requirements:
- Provide end-to-end IT support, including hardware and software management.
- Install, maintain, and administer construction management software.
- Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Contribute to marketing and social media engagement activities to enhance company visibility.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support diverse teams.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive documentation.
