Job Description:
At COEINS, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our commercial team as a Senior Commercial & Cost Manager. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with and report directly to the Lead Commercial & Cost Manager, supporting the delivery of cost and commercial excellence across a diverse portfolio of international and local projects.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in quantification and costing software, with strong expertise in pricing and SMMs.
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of cost planning, benchmarking, quantification, and costing.
Key Experience & Requirements:
- 8+ years of proven experience in cost management within the construction consultancy or related sector.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Strong background in client-facing communication, with the ability to engage effectively at both international and local levels.
- Experience in mentoring junior professionals and contributing to team development.
- A track record of delivering accurate, timely, and insightful commercial and cost management solutions.
